Cant read the terms and conditions

In order to use this app, you have to select "yes" to agree that you read the Terms & Conditions. However, when I tried to click the link to view the T & C, I got an error message that said "Error 404 - File Not Found."
How can I agree that I read the T & C, if I cant access them. When I selected "no," I got a message saying that I could only use the app if I had read the Terms and Conditions.
